12. Being Kind Towards Needy
I would like to share with you an instance from my life that made me think and also transformed me as a person.
My husband influenced me in many ways. This happened few years back. We were returning back from a trip and at the railway station we saw an elderly couple who were walking in-front of us carrying two huge baggages. They were looking extremely tired.
My husband was carrying two bags and I was holding my kid along with a bag. He suddenly went forward and offered them help. They said okay and with much difficulty he carried all the bags. When they reached cab they told him ‘Thank u son’
I asked him why he did that as he already had so much luggage. He told me ” They are of my parents age that’s why i helped them and also my parents will surely get a helping hand from some one when they will be in such situation”. This reply made me think and finally yes, he was right!!
Giving a helping hand to needy is a divine thing especially to old people. This deed will make you happy from inside. Offering food for some one who is hungry is also something great, but make sure that people doesn’t use you.
13. Being Spiritual
Temples, Churches and Mosques are the places were we can find tons of positive energy. Spending time there will increase the positivity inside you. If you are feeling low go to any of these places spend some of your time there. Close your eyes and feel the positivity around you.
14. Live The Moment
Past is past and future no one ever seen. You have only present time with, grab it, make it yours and live to the fullest. Enjoy each moment as you wont get it back. Don’t make things too complicated, try to relax and enjoy every moment.
